But otherwise almost every product is on MRP. General things are of market price. Overall good experience. You can find almost everything here. But negative thing is price only. They should give atleast 2-5 percent discount on daily grocery products.

I have purchased few products on 12 Sep 21 from Spar outlet at Vegas Mall, sector 14 Dwarka New Delhi. However during purchase one item which was rated as Rs 75 is charged at Rs 99 which is against the ethics of business and shows clearly that SPAR believes in FRAUD. Moreover I had contacted on Customer Care Number of Spar India on 13 Sep 21 but no resolution was given. Resolution and refund on the same payment channel is sought immediately.

Worst ever experience. Spar has given discount coupon to be utilised during 13th- 30thSep.When we went to encash the same they said their server was off. I fail to understand why their server never works for discounts and sale item. Shopping in SPAR is complete waste of time. There sales people do not know what they are selling. Most of the time I am told he/she is from other department and cannot answer my query. I refrain from shopping at this place now.

From the Spar Store that is located in the basement of the PAcific Mall I have sourced eveything from Sardines to Blutorange Austrian Rausch Juice, but as my video shows the shelves that were stocked earlier with canned and fresh tuna at this Spar hypermarket in Vegas Mall seem sadly either understocked or empty. Also for some reason I can never cash the over 20,000 points I had with this LandMark Circle StoreNoticed Desi version of rotisseried chicken a la tandoori chicken 800 g at INR 260.

Worst billing experience _ with spar billing employees shivam and RameshI was asked for card paymentFirstly _ one item was charged 2twiceSecondly_ bill was 2089 whichever was already more then the actual bill which was only 1589Thirdly_ the swipe the card and amount deducted was 3089, which was even more then the actual billForthly_card wiped slip was not given computer generated bill was given showing 2089I received massage on my mobile with statement showing 3089.When I told them bill was 2088 and u have deducted 3089 then the employee there started counseling me .it wasted my 40 minutes at billing counter. Worst experience

Their ticket booking in App doesnt work, you have to send email for the complaint, you get an automated reply that you will be contacted in 24 hours. Nobody contacts you, never, then when you try to send the reminder, you find your email blocked by them.

Its a great place for shopping. Few things are little costly but mostly things are at reginable price.

I went there just to get a bottle of water, as I couldnt find any other place in the mall (Vegas Mall) where one could do so.It took me quite a while to locate where the water was kept, it was quite far away from the entrance. It also took time for the billing and exit.The store is a mega store and vends quite a lot of stuff. I really wasnt looking as I needed only water and to move out quickly.

Many hiccups in ordering. After applying voucher the payment failed, and then the voucher couldnt be applied again. Customer Care hasnt responded in 24 hours over email. Helpline number kept waiting for 7 mins and then call dropped. As lockdowns are relaxed they have abandoned the online customers. Update. I already shared my details more than 3 days ago.Totally avoid Spar. Customer care email also doesnt respond. Big claims, no truth. I told them to delete my account. No response!

The superstore houses everything that you may need at your home. Right from stationary items, food&groceries, utensils, clothes, shoes, storage items...You name it...I find their loose pulses, rice, and spices of good quality and affordable at the same time. And when you get tired after so much shopping, you have a small snack counter inside itself for refreshments. Only thing they could improve is on waiting time for BILLING...At any given time 2-3 billing counters are Non-operational, adding to the queues.

Suggest everyone to be careful while delivering from this place. They are taking advantage of covid situation.In current times, once the order delivered you dont to tend to check that immediately and hoping everything is alright and give the payment for the same. But if something is missing there is no way to contact them, even the reply on the email is just automated. This happened when I ordered thru there app, still no resolution.

Great place. Great variety of things available. One stop solution for all household things. But customer service is poor.Price charged for extra bag is 30rs for such a small bag it doesnt even fit anything. If youre buying household things its definite that you will require carry bags. It should be free first of all above minimum amount of the order. And if it is to be charged it should be charged nominal. Also constant announcements kept happening. Same things were announced over and over again about combo packs and schemes. It felt like we are on the street around street vendors.

I visited at SPAR to purchase Gillette Match 3 cartridge but price tag was not there. Secondly after keeping in billing line they said,, we are not able to accept payment via Mobikwik.
