Good society for residency

This bulider is a total thief. He has taken flat payment & registration fees 3 years before, but he is not ready for flat registry. Even now he has shut down all his offices & run away with all his staff. Dont buy property in his projects- even building construction is totally 3rd class!!

My Wife and I were looking for a house in Noida, so we initially checked out this famous project, Cleo County out there. It was beautiful indeed, but far away from our price range. Then we checked out this place called, RG Residency, and admittedly, from the spacious apartments to the open greenery of the podium area, everything seemed great. When it came to the price, we were kind of amazed! Coupled with the fact that the management treated us rather nicely, I can gladly say that my experience with RG Group has been good.

Big time fraud builder. Im sure promoters will be in jail asap. We have purchased commercial property and they have unpaid loan against it. Bank has given sealing notice and no talk from anyone from RG. Approaching authorities at highest level to ensure they are inside jail.

I booked a flat at RG Residency and it proved beneficial as RG understands value for buyer’s money. Undoubtedly, they made the whole buying process less time and energy consuming. I wanted to give ZERO star to this builder but unfortunately its not possible. I booked my flat in RG Luxury in 2012 and it has been more than 6 years I havent get the possession. There is no work going on from last three years on this project. I am surprised how people can rate this such builder as 5 star. We are paying rent and EMI and he is enjoying from our hard earned money.

Initially, I was a bit doubtful in dealing with RG Group. Investing in real estate property is not a small matter, right? After five to six meetings with the senior as well as the middle management during the site visits, RG has managed to gain my trust. Till now, I havent had much of a complaint. Hopefully, everything will go smoothly as the deal gets to the verge of closing.

Transparency is key to a strategic business & RG Group is one the company who believe and follow this rule. Booked a flat in 2012.When the possession letter was given in 2015,they also gave an option for surrender or possession,Opted for surrender ,In 2 years , a single rupee of the surrender money has NOT been given and accordingly asked for the handover ,RG refused to hand over now,since they are saying ,once an option has been given ,you cannot change the option. Ali false commitments are given.Worst is Customer Care does not given any response. Can some one suggest what shall I do???

This is for RG residency in sector 120 Noida. This is the worst freaking society I have lived in. Their maintenance staff and the people who work here suck bad. They have no respect for human beings and RG group doesnt care about their house owner at all. They just want to sell the flats.

Beware of this builder. He has fraudulently looted money from thousand of buyers. He is not returning their money nor delivering flats to them. Project is delayed by more than 3 years but still he is not bothered to work.

Rg Group is good and a reputated builders in Delhi-Ncr.Most of there projects are very well constructed and also having a great location advantage.

The owner of RG group has already sold his Registered office which was located at fifth & sixteenth floor, few days back shifted his office to Lawrence road due to insolvency proceedings going on against him in the nclt.

The management is a bullshit . There is nobody who will listen your problem. nobody will pick your phone. no one will reply your mails. the biggest blunder of my life as i have booked a flat in their project.

I have booked the flat in RG luxury in 2014 with an agreement of MOU getting 54% hike in the initial deposit of 10 lac, which was suppose to be refunded in Feb 2016 and till now I have not got any refund from RG company in spite of writing several email and telephonic communication. This make really bad experience in terms of all real estate builders

It has been more than eight months we have provided the stamp papers and all signed documents to RG.The basic facilities promised at the time of booking of the flat are lacking-Club is not ready, Lifts not operational, Wire mesh/Mirrors in flats not installed, shoddy work done in apartments by contractor, it is a long list and I seriously suggest the group to work on this instead of the window dressing in media by informative mails and jazzy pictures.RG is loosing brand value in the market by the kind of service/product they have provided in their FIRST EVER Residential Project.Please look into these issues and solve the same at the earliest by:Get registry of flat owners at earliestGet the pending material to be installed in all handover flats- wire mesh/mirrors/handles/tiles etc.Club to be ready for use with best of facilities at the earliestClear our pending cheques quickly it is our money we want backPlease get the makeover of handed over towers done, we have Beetle spits on towers, it looks like slum areaEnough lighting in the podium and common area to be providedProvide timely salary to your workers so they can come to work and we can get minor repairs done quickly from project teamsplease do all this to save your customers the inconvenience and upheld the company values you have been showing on your site and most importantly for saving your own name brand value and grace in the market.Most important brand marketing is word of mouth and you are loosing the same, I hope you present the same example of good product delivery as you did in commercial space for which please immediately sort the challenges in your FIRST EVER RESIDENTIAL PROJECT.

RG Group is a defaulter Company. They are cheating customers through their investment options. The Directors/Customer care never responds to phone calls and are not willing to return the customers money.

Although the possession was delayed for some time but I have now received my flat and am fully satisfied by their services as they delivered on their promise.

Very poor management response and even worse customer service. I have sent about 20 emails and no less than 50 calls to get one issue sorted but still no update. Its been over 3 months now and they are not bothered to provide a concrete response.

RG Group launched this 1st Residential project RG Residency at Sector 120 Noida in Dec 2009. Project was supposed to be delivered by Dec 2012 but its still under construction. Even after more than 5 years the project is not completed.They are not at all transparent to customers and not giving possessions of their flats. In March 2015 they sent letter that Project is ready for FIT OUT but are unable to offer possession due to ongoing NGT issue. While reality is the flats are not yet ready for living.Recently to hide reality, they removed the Construction updates from their official website. Project is not at all liveable or ready, lot of work still pending in all towers: Intenral work, finishing, outside the towers Podium, Parking, STP, Water Treatment Plant, Parks, Clubs, Shops etc.Further, builder has added extra floors to almost all towers and over and above they have launched an extra illegal tower (Tower N) by removing the green space which was not the part of original project.We have lost complete hope & trust in this builder now and it can only be regained if we can get support from builder and get our dreams home asapNext Victims could be RG Luxury & RG Pride buyers after RG Residency buyers.

Non transparent , extremely opaque unethical in transactions . No sight of possession, poor customer service despite written and telecalls. they even resort to blackmailing asking withdrawal of complaints against them incase we want possession process to be complete. Extremely disappointing too such builders who promote themselves as transparent and ethical ones are in reality totally opposite... Still waiting
