I was going there for my phone software update they are told me I have not this type of serviceIf you have simple facility not available then what you will do.

Mi service center at north delhi is near to GTB metro station..proper seating arrangement ...fast service...repair and spare parts chargeable if device is out of warranty..avf waiting is 1 hour..if part is not available,then 2-3 days will be required for completion of service.

Went for replacment but the Staff was behaving like they are the boss of Xiaomi, no sense of how to talk with customers and how to resolve their issues. Going to file a complain against them.

Uneducated customer service,they always try not to replace products in warranty and blame the customers by saying its your fault.

I visited this MI service store for getting my phone screen repaired. I like the customer service support, it was quick and very responsive. They repaired the screen with a new screen replacement in an hour or so and it was a very smooth process. Thanks for the support.

Despite having seating capacity for 12 people this centre does not allow anyone to sit inside. The online token also dont work here. They made all the customers wait outside in scorching Sun for hours. Really bad experience.

I came here as warranty of mobile was finished . So It was paid service so they made the most of it.They told me that my phones Jack is not working so they have to change the sub- plate when I agreed to change but I thought of marking the plate so that i could know the difference whether it is going to repair or not.Meanwhile one of them told me that the plate has already been changed 😂.Before all this while agreeing to there t&c they told me that it will take around 1 hour to change.And after that I got to know that the plate has already been changed . they are good flip-floppers saying it will take just 20 minutes.. 😅God bless themThey have penetrated my mind now to think twice on approaching to them with a product which is out of warranty.Looting services after warranty is out🤘👍

It was an awesome experience. I went there for charging port replacement. They took around 40min to do that.

1. Service was average as they suggested me to buy a new phone. Did not sort my earphone jack problem.2. Staff is friendly and humble.3. Its a small service center, approximately 20 seats available. Sometimes AC doesnt work.4. Usually a huge crowd every time you visit.5. Parking facility is good.

I have repaired my note 5 pro power button and they replaired it I have paid for the new part these guyz are fraud and worst service

Though I hadnt booked online appointment, they checked my phone (but took INR 118 as service charge for checking) and explained me about availability of the parts.The one problem you can face is crowd. Because this service center is near metro and main road, a lot of people come here. Also this is only serving centre in DU North Campus and Mukherjee Nagar area.

Very good service center. No question asked if yours phone in warranty period. I bought redmi 5, 2 month ago From Amazon. But 2 days ago its headphone jack is not working (headphone sign notification wasnt removing from phones notification head). I went this center, I told all problems. They sasi me youve to wait for 1 hour. I waited and I got my mobile in good condition. They replaced motherboard with new one without any charges. If my wasnt in warranty so they were definitely charged me around 4000-5000. Very good representative.If youre live in nearly GTB Nagar, azadpur, Sant Nagar burari, or in North campus so you could go for this. However there are others service centers in North Delhi like Kamla Nagar, shalimar bagh, Vijay Nagar, etc.

Although staff is polite but happily they wont accept your request. Theyll ask many questions then resolve your issue. Staff is new and I think inexperienced but finally they will return you happily if your issue is really genuine and under the terms and conditions of warranty as promised by the MI company.

It was good, but sometimes they dont pick calls on time. Overall service is very good, My Mi tv 4a was not working I called Mi service centre and in 24 working hours they send technicians to my home which are also very good and decent in nature.

Third class place. Sales person trying to make a fool out of the customers. He tried to sell me an old and used Mi 4 Smart Band when asked for a new one and claims that the packing was damaged thats why he was giving me an open piece without any packing

Recently I went there for service repair of my Mi phone.You need to book a service appointment. Just type Mi service centre appointment on Google & you will head to the appointment page.Fill the details like your name, email address, the product in which regards you need to visit the service centre, desired date & time slot before going. In pin code mention 110009 if you need to visit the Kingsway camp Delhi Mi service centre.If you do not get the desired date of appointment still you can visit the service centre with the token number of different date and request them to assist you.The usual wait time is minimum 1-2 hours nevertheless if you have taken the appointment or not.There was proper social distancing norms and sanitizer for the customers.The staff was polite and efficient.

Service time delay totally disappointed from the give me time of 1hr for repair my phone but they took 2and half hr the didnt even think about the customer s crucial time .so pls be polite and honest to the customer .

I have some issue with note 7 pro..They didnt even listened me properly and gave my phone a update that cost me 3 hours. Then they even gave me feedback form or link to complain.. very bad experience.Issue with smartphone is still not resolved.

One i visited here i got issue in my MI band3 . They gave a positive respone and repair my band. They have a good and skilled staff.

Not a place I would recommend..Pros1.Waiting time is less.2.AC room.Cons1.The staff at the counter should have more knowledge about phones.Giving so many unnecessary suggestion before listening to the problem.2.Phone warranty is of no use here..they will make excuse to at least get some money out of you.3.The repair price is unexceptable.

I wish I could give zero star to this service outlet. I purchased a MI fitness band just 4 months back that stopped working. Warranty is 1 year. When I took this to Outram lane, Delhi 9 centre, they said that the warranty is void because band had a scratch. I wonder a small scratch (mind you very faint, you will really have to have a good sight to see it) can void the warranty when they publicise that this is suppose to be worn outdoors when running and doing other exercises. Anyway, they have not given anything in writing to me. Moreover, it took them 30 mins to inspect and come to conclusion that the band had a scratch and is out of warranty. Keep it MI... You have a great staff who are working hard to promote your brand. Never mind MI, you lost a customer for a petty item costing just 1500 bugs.
