This place is nice because I live here and arrangements are very good but there are some points which you need to know when you are visiting.Good Point.1. You can find each and every shop. There are too many shops but hospital or any clinic is not here.2. If you are here you can find many people who are very good and will connect to you.3. There are two Gates and on each get there are Guards. They will not let you enter without your confirmation. And there would be no beggar who will come to your door.4. Parking area here is fine.5. You will find a nice park with three swings and open gym too.6. A well-maintained temple is also here.Bad Things1. As a I said in my second point, some people are very nice here but some people are very bad/rude, if you do anything theyll call police.2. Here you will find many stray dogs.3. Rooms are congested.

The gentry is all filled from shahbad dairy, as rent is quite low is is expected and you will feel like living in underdeveloped village of some sort!Roads are never made and broken cleanliness not there. People extending homes like crazy.. taking a toll on buildings strength.And most important peace of mind missing. In future you will get parking space problem as well.This is a nightmare for house owners only tenants enjoy in here spreading all they want and disturbing others.STAY AWAY FROM THIS SOCIETY I AM MYSELF A SURFERER LIVING IN HERE.

For peace nice place but far away from all market

A great housing complex. The society is nice and cosy. However, I personally think that the houses are located too close to one another and the size of the apartment is also not that large. But this compact size of of the apartments might work for people who wish to live alone or if somebody is on a tight budget. There are also parks in which children can play. So, suffice it to say that it is good for small families to live in.

Mid level residential apartment one can live comfortably.

There is too much salted water. Fresh water supply is coming in limited trimming and you need to use electric motor to bring fresh water in your roof water tank. Cleanness is major challenge in Surrounding area. But in low budget (Approx Rs.7000) one can take a house on rent. I suggest that place is ok if u take flat on rent in low budget but not ok if u have to purchase.

A place where you can live peacefully. Far from main city, no major outlets nearby. Security is very good. You will find all daily items in stores. No electricity or Cooking Gas Supply Problem. Salty Water is also supplied.

It is in Sector 28, Rohini. The flats are built and allotted by DDA. Security is quite good. More than 60% of the flats are occupied. Lot of space for parking. Green surrounding. Good schools nearby.

Good place to live. Nice 1BHK flats are available at reasonable price. However you need to renovate your house according to your need. Central park is good. From shop to vegetable market almost all are at the distance of ones arms length. Given 4 star Because water quality is very bad. You have to compromise with hard water. On an average it is a good place.

Well managed society, away from hustle of Delhi city. Place is quite open and pollution free. It consists of 1BHK flats, which are available at reasonable rates and are also authorized by the government.

Good spacious apartments in a posh locality. Calm and quiet surroundings with plenty of greenery. Not directly connected to the main roads or highways of Faridabad so thats a slight negative. However the main road is merely 2 kilometers away, so you can take an auto/cab to the main road and then take a metro to commute if you prefer public transport.

Clean peaceful but alienated. at outskirts of sonipat city . you wont feel safe to travel after 9 pm . it gets so deserted after 9. But inside society is very fine. but communication with outside world is little poor

This is a DDA flates , draw of this flates is done by DDA in 2008. The area of each flates is 40 sq mtr. There are very green DDA park around the apartments . Kendriya Vidalaya of sector 28 is just 200-300 mtr only.The nearest metro station is Badali & Rithala.

Water supply One of the bad problem . Means drinking water are not easily available.Any other things good and nature are very eco friendly . No mor pollution.
