Its a dream palace for all the stationery hoarders and craft lovers. Who doesnt want to shop and physically add things to their basket? All you need is in front of your eyes, and if you cant find it the staff is so courteous to help you out. Enough of explaining to the traditional shopkeepers about what you want. Crafters this is your place!

Staff not helpful, neither knowledgeble. Had to fetch them each time if u wanna know something about any product, even I was the only customer in the store, this was not the way they use to be.

Good place for Art craft lovers but price is on quiet higher side

Lovely shop for craft-lovers. Very wide selection of stuff. But too crowded. No one was observing social distancing, nor were the staff enforcing it. Staff was knowledgeable about products and very helpful otherwise. There was no testing possible for fountain pens, which is ridiculous and ought to be addressed. Beautiful card selections and lots of supplied overall. Could have added more stuff in the embroidery section. Impressive

It’s a good store to keep yourself updated with craft and art supplies. There are 3 branches within Delhi- NSP, Lajpat Nagar & Dwarka.Talking about my personal experience, you can get most of the items from Chandni Chowk/ Sadar Bazaar, though local but similar quality.If you like buying branded stuff you should visit this store.

Though the range they offer is amazing but one can onky appreciate coz of the sky rocketing prices , a simple hoop which costs a hundred costs ₹300 there with a little better quality and hence not good experience , the pic 1 product is priced above 100 and picture 2 at 99

I recently bought some paint from them. First, it took them too long to deliever it. Second, paint is not satisfactory at all. I never write reviews no matter how bad the product is but I am highly highly disappointed. I dont think I will be buying from itsy bitsy ever again.

This is heavenly place for the artists 😍Everything you need from art & craft, DIY, painting paints + brushes and many many more are available there.They open from 9am to 9pm.Walking distance of 10-15mins from NSP metro station.They keep some discounts on few things time to time maybe to clear the stock, to make new space for new inventory, But are not gonna expire coz they don’t include paints or anything.Staff people are really nice and helpful.They have halloween, party, kitchen related things easily available.

The store is fantastic and so is the collection. But the staff is extremely unfit for their role. I have encountered this sales girl multiple times who hardly knows a single thing about stationery or anything related to arts supplies. She is even more confused than the customer and is unaware about the availability of multiple products in the very store she is working in. I wouldve products for over 2k today but due to her inability in assisting me with the articles, I had to leave some stuff behind. Overall a fantastic store, the potential of which is being shrouded by inefficient and unaware staff.

It has almkst everything with a few exceptions like white hardening clay which they claimed was not in stock but the cleanliness was excellent and theambience of the place is on the good side. Its the best place whenever you need any craft supplies. It has like everything from a rupee to a dollar. I have been visiting the place so often for my every possible need. The rates are really economical and not only they have art and craft supplies but they also help you to understand how to create new work. Though there is also a store nearby but this one is much much better than any other store.

Itsy Bitsy is an art and craft supplies store. It was born 10 years ago, as a small shop in Bangalore by Harish and Rashmi Closepet with the simple goal of making the highest quality art and craft supplies accessible to everybody in India while inspiring creativity.There are only two stores of Itsy Bitsy in Delhi, i.e. one in Lajpat Nagar and the other in Pitampura.We had visited the Pitampura store. The store offers most of the art and crafts supplies including Jewellery Making, sewing & knitting, macrame, stationary supplies etc.The staff was polite and helpful. It is a nice small store. I had expected a little more since i felt some of the products could have more variety like beads, Jewellery wires etc. There could have been better designs and kinds of beads. I also felt it was a little costly. Overall, it is a nice place to get the art and craft supplies.

Everything here is a bit expensive. I went there because i was told that they sell craft items at a much reaspreaso price but what i get in return was pathetic. They have priced a normal A4 size sheet at 19 rs wguch we can easily buy at 2 or 3 rs from our local stationary shop.

My daughter simply likes buying stuff from itsy bitsy.you people have very nice variety of craft, colors, papers, stickers and all.thank u for the gift
