Complaint- PAN card NOT recieved and cannot track online. How can NDSL a government agency entrust such a confidential document with a company which does not even show a website on Google search?

Not able to contact them about the shipment. Unable to understand why PAN Card was sent by NSDL with such a unprofessional company. NDSL wale Gadhe hai or ye Velex Logistics Wale Maha Ghade.

Seems frod company, my cheque book dispatched on 03 july 20 is not yet delivered and no proper contact details of company numbers provided on web are fake, They neither deleiver the cheque book to my house nor they call that the package is arrived, There are no options for rating in minus, otherwise I will rate -1

Pan card not delivered. Very disssapointed.it shows adrress misrouted.

Very small shop and is very hard to find near ram mandir,you can take the owner no. And then can reach.

They neither deleiver the PAN card to your house nor they call that the package is arrived, you have to go and collect your parcel on your own. And it is a very small shop.
