Workers there are not responsive. I had to go 3 km away from my home to get the parcel. Since they were not shipping at my home making excuses like you changed your address , phone was switched off and many more. 🥵

Very bad service ...Staff of gurgaon on phone is very badly speaking , literally illiterate people ,who dont know how to talk with customers . my important document was there but didnt delivered yet.very bad ...1st they have to learn how to talk with customer.never use this company ..Totally time waste ... WORST SERVICEI sent a document from Surat to Gurgaon on 1st March. On 3rd March the document was in Gurgaon but has not yet been delivered. Upon calling the courier company they said that the document is with delivery guy from 5th March. Today is 8th March and I have not yet received the document. I reached out the delivery guy and he asked me to pick the packet from his address saying that My area (Sector-46, Gurgaon) is a remote area.This courier agency is fake and highly irresponsible. Please refrain yourself from using their services.

DO NOT USE THIS COURIER SERVICEthey clearly have the worst customer support. They won’t pick up your call. You’ll never know where your important shipment is. Fun part- the official contact number displayed on the website is “temporally out of service”

Worst app and poor quality service

First, they wont pick up your call and if they will by Gods grace very unprofessional and rude way of talking. My courier is kept of their centre from past 1 week and they cant find time to deliver it. Telling me to come and pick myself

Worst service ever. I was about to receive a parcel from Ahmedabad to New Delhi. The Parcel was given to courier office on 16th July and it got picked up on 18th July 11:32 PM. After 2 days i.e 20th July it reached Delhi. And in the evening I checked on the site it showed going back to Ahmedabad.. without informing or calling me. The parcel didnt even reach my nearest hub.

Worst service. They took my courier from Thane to Bangalore and saying they wont cover certain areas in Bangalore. The destination I selected was one of the main area (Bellandur) of Bangalore and they treated it as remote place .
