Very Bad Service they are not picking up call trying 20-30 calls but hes not responding (Branch Meera Bagh).

Dtdc not delivered product , they are making fool of us from last 2.5 months they are saying they will deliver , parcel cost is 2400 , owner of the shop says that he is trying from last 2 months .

They took 2 day to deliver parcel from delhi to haryanathey never deliver the parcel on time even they are not picking up the call nor they replied.I never suggest people to use DTDC.if there is option zero for rating then I will prefer to give that. hopeless courier service.

The service of this franchisee is very bad. they do not revert back for the servoces they are providing. i have booked a courier for jaisalmer which reaches the destination 9 days from the promise date. amd this franchisee doent take any actions to resolve my issue he just keep saying that ho jayega ho jayega
