Very pathetic service. I have sent a courier from Ranchi to Sector 6,Rohini New Delhi on dt 10/01/2020.The item has reached DTDC Rohini sector 3 on dt 13/01/2020 but till 15/01/2020, the item has not delivered .the present status is updated to not delivered(Restricted Entry OTR).the distance of sector 3 and sector 6 is not more than 4 kms.when I called them 6-7 times they cut my call continuously.This is very bad service from DTDC.
