They were looking to charge ₹3500 for a consignment which is fait enough but would not pack it and worst of all would not insure. Even though am willing to pay for the insurance... In my case its a company laptop and needs insurance. All in All a worthless entity this shop.

Although neat and clean, time taken to process a single order is quite long and the prices are too high, I would suggest other couriers to save yourself a huge buck.

DHL , Bluedart is one of the best delivery agency. Theyre time bound and determined to get things done in timely order. Its a consumer centric company which respects its customer.

The service is good. But the same amount of courier service to korea costs 4.5k whereas FedEx takes 2.5k!

Total failure! I am traumatized for life by the treatment I got from this company...! I had ordered food supplement from the US while staying in India. It was a total nightmare!! DHL bombarded me daily with text messages, email and phone calls very inefficiently. They have hundreds and thousands of employees who do not speak to each other. Whatever documents one submits, the agent will not forward them. When calling the costumer care, one has to explain ones problem over and over - for weeks and weeks!! If you want to keep your sanity, never order anything with DHL in India!! DHL might work in other countries - but it DOES NOT WORK IN INDIA! They are unorganized, buerocratic and totally useless!! I got my article ONE MONTH (!!) after its arrival in Delhi, and I had to fight for it with hands, feet and teeth!! The tax was exorbitant and three times the price of the ordered article. I have only one word left for DHL India: Craziness personified!!!
