Good place but online transaction facility is not available here which is not good in this environment

I searched on google for courier service near me.. i called lalit kapoor , who picked up the call, and was not at all professional, he did not listen to what i am asking, He started his on pitch and was not sounding polite..i simply asked what is the price of per kg for sending courier to mumbai, is said aana padega yahan, i again asked please tell me the price per kg as it is a small box,he said in a very rude manner , 50 kilo ka bhi hota hai box , 20 kilo ka bhi hota hai box ,and then he said aise nai bata sakte ,,

A basic courier that was suppose to reach Chennai was sent through DTDC service for Rs550 ( the guy said he will pack it) and when the product reached it was all broken.
