Ive been duped put of my money and sanity, but I dont others to fall for the same trap. Please dont get fooled by the courtesy, mannerism and tall promises they make. Platinum Security Systems simply dont deliver.Id ordered an anti intruder system and paid the advance money 2 months back but Im still awaiting its installation. Calling them is useless because they wont pick up. At times when I call from a new number and they do pick up, they come up with weird excuses like the sensors are out of stock or that the installation process will complete within 1 - 2 days.Ive exhausted all the options and am considering going to the consumer forum.

This Company is underpaying company as well they are fake products with original product packaging.
