The sales team employed by the company (at least the ones I was in touch with) were untrained and unaware of the specifications of their own product - except for what already was mentioned in their catalogue.Moreover, the company seems too busy to send representatives even after multiple reminders and confirmation for sale of their elevators.If before sale services were so poor, I wouldnt make the mistake of purchasing the elevator ever.
