Cleanliness is very poor . flats are spacious but out look of the building could be more beautiful ..When anyone enters a building it look like a chawl not like a society flat

These are dated apartments needing complete refurbishment.Duplex have its own pros and cons.Parking is a problem.Large green patch.

Best thing is they have 1 house 1 car policy
