This is one of the best area in East Delhi location, adjacent to another beautiful location Swasthya Vihar, ample greenery,well maintained roads the only and a major drawback of this location is the drain just passing by the boundaries of society,though it is a covered drain but the bad smell is felt all around,this also causes damage to AC, fridge and tv.

Nice and peaceful place to live. this colony has full green environments around all the corner and at the center park. low floor home are here.. rent is around 25 to 30 k per month. but location wise very useful to be here to reach any corners of NCR. only 500 to 700 meters to reach metro station and mall.

Chitra Vihar is a very nice, safe, clean and peaceful locality in east Delhi. Although, slightly far from Preet Vihar metro station, but still rickshaws, auto are well accessible from outside the locality.

Small colony with small lanes. Lots of vehicles hence parking issues. Good proximity to markets and metro.
