We took tally on cloud subscription from Monetta Tally Solutions this year and struggling a lot on day to day basis. Worse is that we do not get support from service provider even after multiple follow ups. We are stuck as even taking our back up data is not configured. Its impacting our business a lot. Would not recommend anyone to take services from Monetta.
