Trust me they are third class. Never be fool buying laptop from them. I bought a dell latitude the keyboard stop woking battery stop charging and mouse pad stuck. Wen i open the cover i found 1 ram missing. And i have to call them so many times to get it repaired. Better go to janakpuri or azadpur. Trust me there products are useless.

On this day temperature is 40 degree, then I have entered, there is central cooling system installed but it is off. even a single fan not over there, it is better they have a fan if they not afford a.c cost.
