Very Good experience with Sai computers Tilak Nagar the service is valuable and quality wise good

Bahut bakwash experience. Not attending complaint of customer. Not disclosing their identity or address. Supplying pirated and un-serviceable product. Not replacing the product. asking the customer that come personally at rajouri garden and asking to call and wait at any place . at any cost not disclosing office/godown address. Not attending mobile call and not giving proper response........ Very Very Bad experience.shop is not existing and very very chit company

Pathetic customer service. I wanted to give negative stars but option is not there. As per them, no work is getting hampered if the installed cameras are not working. At the time of installation, they will say yes to everything but when it comes for after sale service, you have to keep on calling them to get the issue fixed. And, just in case they send someone to fix the issue, it is not guaranteed that the issue will be fixed and when you will call them again for the issue, they will never listen. I suggest not to get cctv installed from them even if they are providing it at a reasonable lower cost.

Well they are good for refill of the ink for my and laser printers I have recently get my HP LaserJet CP 1025 refilled however they took some extra time because they have done it from outsourced but I would give them 4 stars

I gave my laptop for changing keyboard and installing antivirus. The guy asked me to leave the laptop there and take back in the evening.When I started working with it, I noticed that its battery power has gone nil !! Whenever I removed the charger, it switched off...means these shop ppl have stolen my laptops original battery ..I talked to them but of no use.Never ever go there!!

Pathetic customer service..at the time of installation their main selling point was customer service......called them like 15 times regading the issues....its still not resolved...
