They used to be truthful and honest with their work but since this year they have been behaving utmost rudely, carelessly with no regard to the service they provide. Recently my sister gave them her laptop. They replaced her original charger with a different fake one. And ever since that moment they are rude to me and my sister to the point that they used foul language to me and behaving like its no big of deal to replace items.
