Read the reviews and expected the worst but I found them to be helpful and efficient. I dropped my Macbook Pro 13 in at 1pm today to got a new glass screen installed (it cracked, not sure how but thats a whole other issue that I have with Apple). Apple would only replace the whole top part of the laptop for an excruciating amount of cash... these guys replaced the glass for £90.00, and it was done in an hour.. Apples best turnaround time was 14 days. Compared with rip-off Apple stores these guys are good value...

I really like this place and its a + that its so close to where I live. Came here after my iphone 3g took a plunge and landed screen down on a rock. The screen was cracked along with the lsd.
