I had double click issue in my G102 Lightsync Mouse. I submitted the defective mouse on Friday and they told me the replacement will be available in 4 days (white edition) and 15 days (black edition). I agreed on getting the white one and recieved a call on Monday that my replacement mouse has arrived. Overall, satisfied with the service.

Had double click issue in my mouse, so submitted it on 12th Aug 2021 and got the message of replacement on 27th Aug. It took around 15 days. Replacement service is slow but staff is nice.

I had a very good experience with Logitech service center. Submitted my mouse on Friday. Submission process took 5 mins and they didnt ask me for invoice as mouse was purchased online and they simply checked details with serial number on mouse. Replacement for G102 light sync was not available on spot, so the person at desk asked me to come back once I receive a message for replacement. On Tuesday I received the message that replacement is ready and I can pick it up. Went today to collect my replacement product. Staff was friendly. I gave them the receipt they provided me last time and asked me to sign on it and provided me with a brand new mouse as replacement within 2 mins. Mouse all tested and its working perfectly.The service center is doing good job but I am disappointed with Chinese switches that Logitech uses on their gaming mouse. The mouse quality is amazing but the cheap Chinese switches causes double clicking issue and it is faced by almost every person once in a year. I hope Logitech makes better product in future so people dont have to end up visiting service center. Overall my experience with staff was good and I got a new mouse so I am very happy. I never thought getting my faulty keyboard replace was so easy. I visited the janakpuri centre and it took me only 10 mins to submit it there. The person working there was very co-operative. I got my keyboard as well as mouse replaced, as i bought a wireless combo. Thanks a lot Logitech

It was okyish experience there. There is only one single fan that was not functioning properly. So yeah, customers are not properly treated they do not care about their customers. You can imagine, in summers if the fan is not working properly how will customers feel, how Logitech provide service to their customers. Also, their products replacement is very late. So it is really disappointing.

Park your car opposite janakpuri authority and use small size stairs directly from there to first floor, you will reach easily to this shop, please carry original bill with the Logitech product.They will provide you a receipt in case of a faulty product and in a weeks time you will get the replacement. Logitech sends the sms to collect the replacement product

You dont have to travel all the way to okhla to get the warranty claim. Thats a big relief. The place is located at the perfect location and is not crowded and the person is well mannered. Only issue is that he replaced my mouse with an open box one.

Its a service centre and not a band exclusive showroom. Logitech is a good brand and their service is good. You can claim warranty here. . The staff present here is helpful. Parking facility is available on site. It is quite closer to janakpuri metro station

The service provided by the service center was great. They replace the product in spot if they have got the item in stock else you can collect it with in week.Great Service Logitech.

This is the official repair/replacement shop for logitech peripheral products...If your product still has its warranty time left, then you will get instant replacement for your product (no need come back again)... the shopkeeper is very polite as well and doesnt delays the work at all... amazing response by logitech and amazing costumer and after sales support...

The Service guy was arrogant but Ai got a new mouse in just 5 minutes. Although make sure you are heading to the right tower or itll be difficult to find. Logitech 👍

Service centre is not in Jyoti Sikhar tower as mentioned, it is at Suneja tower-1 Upper ground floor

Get off at Janakpuri West or East(its between both), then follow the metro line and turn on Google maps. Will take 5-10 mins. The service center is in the tower besides KFC. Ask for Suneja Tower 1. The center is on the first floor. Ask for Logitech Service center or move around a little on the first floor. Youll find it.Now the service was okay. Got my mouse (double click issue) replaced easily but the replacement took 7 days to arrive. So had to go back again. Besides that the experience was fine.

I visited this service centre on monday to get my mouse repaired g102 which i bought 7 months ago (had double clicking problem) , they asked me to come back after 3 days. Today is Thursday and they replaced my device with a new one.Total time spent at the centre- 15mins (10 mins while submitting device and 5 mins for collecting the device).If you want to get your Logitech device repaired (under warranty which is 2 years for standard devices) , they will replace it with a new one immediately if the device is available else it will be replaced in max 3 days according to their centres policy.Note: This centre doesnt repair the devices , it replaces them with a new one and who doesnt like new devices ;).Note: In the case, devices bought in a combo package like mouse and keyboard set , then whole set will be replaced so bring the whole set.

It was easy to find however it is a really small space and does not really have any products in stock. You will have to wait atleast 7-15 days minimum before receiving ur replaced. PLS MAKE SURE TO CARRY YOUR INVOICE as its is essential to avail warranty.Ive to wait for 15 days minimum for replacement.Really hate the wait timing. Overall okay experience. The guy was nice tho.

Service in the centre is good however the centre is quite small and their are some extra person sitting with staff gossiping which is ultimately delaying the service to the customers.

I have been to many call centers of other brands but experience with this one is the best. The guy take my mouse checked it, replaced it and i was out of the service cetre within 10min. My mice was logitech g402 by the way.

Bad experience ,service center guy is lazy. doesnt even check the device if it is defected or not, simply submit the device and tells us to wait for the SMS which tells when the new device is to be collected.my device was m170 wireless mouse the shopkeeper said it has 3yrs warranty, website says 2yr warranty but the service center guy says 1 year warranty,, totally unproffesional service please fix this soonEdit : after some days i accident went to service center and asked when will i have to come again. He said my device isnt arrived yet. Suddenly i saw some brand new devices on his table and found m170 mouse also. I asked him i wanted that same product. He started to give excuse and gave me new device. And send me the sms which he was supposed to send. I dont know what these people are for?

Not good nor bad its OK service centre, The worst thing is u have to deposit ur product n come later to collect when u received the SMS on ur registered number, I deposit my mouse here and get hassle-free new replacement on second days, So this is not good i waste my (40₹ Ok 1st day) + (40₹ 2nd days) ₹ petrol, the daily used product should be available everytime in the stock, Only good things is 3 years warranty...

Place is easily connected with metro station and for warranty claim 4-5days are maximum for replacement, in worst case these 4-5days can be 15-45days depending upon availability of product.
