As their client of 5 years, my last experience with them was terrible. They took 5 days yet were unable to fix the problem in the laptop. When I asked them to return my laptop, they lied saying their shop is closed - it was actually open. I had to travel 30 kms just to go and collect my laptop on my own. They returned the laptop in worse condition than I gave in. Zero professionalism and they dont even receive your follow up phone calls. Absolute breach of trust and customers faith. I will be initiating legal action against them.Apart from this, they are good for only minor jobs. Their on-site service is basically a ploy to somehow have you give them your machine so that they can take it back to service center and then fool around with you. Be careful and be warned.
