Had an amazing experience with Czone Solutions today! My computer was hacked yesterday and private information had been compromised. I was so very pleased this companys technical specialist was able to jump in, manage all the necessary steps to evaluate my computer, remove the offending issues and safely install a more efficient anti- virus program. I can sleep tonight and manage my business knowing I have been in terrific hands! 5 Stars! Thank you so much.

He was very professional, courteous and patient in assisting me with the set-up of my printer. He explained what he was doing and how to set-up the printer and he assisted me on my end how to set-up and input the information I needed to get the printer working. We were disconnected Daniel returned the call immediately and apologized for the disconnection. Ever since Quick books stopped phone support, i am using czone as the alternative. they are doing everything from maintaining to back up and reporting. a cheaper and more effective alternative to big brands with good tech skills.

My lack of computer knowledge has always been an issue for me and everyone around me. sometimes computers make me go nuts and i get to be on the verge to explode. Czone Tech has been like a therapist in this area for me. I have confidence that as long as i have czone number , i can screw up as many times i want and techs will get me out of it in no time. Been with them since 2012, my one and only friend Ken the tech ( which is also my name ) who helps me transfer my photos from camera to a xp machine which i must say is older than any other computer in this world. so far its been a bump-less ride. lets see how long this computer survive, i do not like windows 10 like most of the people in the the world, i suppose i will have to upgrade if there is no choice. getting back to review, its a support place with lesser price and better guidance.

Never stop working on Saturday and Sundays. It sounds bit selfish coming from someone who doesnt want to work himself on weekends but expects you to do it, However i have my reasons. i own a stock brokerage business and checking emails and trades is everything for me. My previous provider assured me round the clock support guarantee but specially over the weekend i do not get any sort of IT support. the market may get closed but the work doesnt. this was the reason i moved to czone and so far i havent had any complaint, Be honest and do the work you charge the money for. i am sure you will grow soon.

Mostly Asian kids doing their best to server your tech needs. respecting towards elders and and these people do not get cranky if you are not able to follow their instruction. takeaway point of the review is you can rely on czone techs if you dont have where to go next when get a challenge you cant go through ion your own.

Alvin has always been kind and honest with me. if the job is going to take an hour, he informs me the same. no beating around the bush. that is what separates czone from the like of other outsourced services. i am going to stick with alvin as long as i am planning to use computers.

If you have a technical problem then there is no better place to get it resolved than with the clever techie guys at the Czone - 24/7 service even at 3 am they are there for you. They assist professionals and have patience with me who prefers the Idiots Guide as this is my level of knowledge to all things techie. So if I cannot fix it then I know a man who can - never yet had a woman agent though.

Danny (I spelled his name incorrectly as Denny in my earlier feedback message) was absolutely amazing today! Not only did he save me from potential serious harm, but he worked diligently for almost half a day to clean up the incredible mess my computer was in from being hacked and monitored for many days by a foreign hacker for the purpose of distributing virtually all my personal info abroad. Some destinations had already been reached, but Danny put a stop to that as well, contacting all necessary legal authorities, domestic and abroad and filing all required reports and alerts. It was astonishing watching him resolve each and every issue. As you can see from the list above, the amount of work to save me was significantly high. He was professional, courteous, friendly, patient, very knowledgeable and explained everything to me in a fashion I could easily understand. I never felt confused. He even found a second or two here and there to make me laugh, which eased my mind almost as much as the rescue itself! GIVE DANNY A RAISE!!!

I Dont know how to do fancy talk. i will just go out and put the harsh reality of me. czone is full of kind workers who probably do not get paid enough for the hard work they put for the likes of me. A complete stranger to technology and easy screamer when things go south. i always yell at the techs and they keep their cool and never return the favor. i think these people come from humble beginnings and this is why they put up with angry american like me.

He even contacted my internet provider by phone, on a three way conversation, to assure that the internet connection was appropriate and functioning.My computer is back to normal right now and I am pleased that he was able to repair it remotely. TOTAL SCAM!!! I had a problem with my computer and made the mistake of calling the pop up. They claimed to be associated with Microsoft and were very clever so I made the huge mistake of giving my information. They stole $700 from my acct. My fault, so I closed my account and called repeatedly to get my money back. Finally, they asked my name and when I gave it they didnt refund anything after giving my new account info( just wishful thinking because Im a single mother and lost an entire paycheck). They continue to call and ask how my computer is so I let them have it. Finally, after 20 calls and me harassing them he snapped. He cussed me out and I am not proud to say I returned the innapropriate language. He got so upset he said he drives a bmw because he is so good at ripping off retarded Americans. He said if I came to his country he would knock me out. I said Id be putting everything online so others were aware. He had the nerve to say Ill manipulate your review like I manipulate every dumb American that gives me money everyday!!! DONT FALL FOR IT!!! THEY WILL BE CONVINCING!!!! There website has grammar errors of a 3rd grader so dont trust them. Dont learn the hard way like me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
