I purchased a split ac and it was installed by sargam store and I was facing the issue of non-cooling from day one. They are now saying the ac is not installed by our side. Its really a worst experience I have been through. I visited there head office many times and they just keep giving me dates and lies. I have not got any solution yet.I would strictly suggest other buyers to never go for sargam store. They dont care about their reputation, customer relationship managment. They are fraud.There are other sellers who are much better like Reliance and croma who focus on customer satisfaction and relationship management.

As we can see a Board of Corporate Office of M/s Sargam Electronics has been placed on the front side of the building right on the top of the SBI Bank at Garg Trade Centre then the Corporate Office of Sargam Electronics must also be there and it would be on the 3rd floor. As I never got opportunity of visiting in this office otherwise i would describe it in detail, but one thing we can enaure that if there is a board then there also must be a office too.
