Completely unprofessional behaviour. They didnt inform me about the kind of printing that would be done. I wanted matt printing and the owner Divas Jain said itll be done. Im not a printer and so I dont know the technicality of the product. I had informed him beforehand about the different shape.When I told him the printing was patchy and glossy he simply denied it saying firstly that he hasnt seen the product and secondly thats what the product is supposed to be. I need the cards tomorrow and now I dont have them. And on top of that all, the owner cheaply said that the full advance payment will not be returned. And hes telling me why Im getting hyper?! Well I needed these cards for an important meeting today and now my time and money has been wasted thanks to irresponsible professionals and I dont even have my business cards for the event!
