Irresponsible staff i have seen there even staff not help others in right direction. Very disappointed

Staff was helpful and provided proper guidance to all. They were well behaved and had office stationary which was not even expected from them.

Worst service centre. Staff is not cooperative.. Irresponsible staff .. Always disappointing😣 people.. No sense to talk. No sense to dealing with public, service is not on time. Careless staff👨‍⚕️‍ need to take against them for careless nature

People are really helpful there. In my case it tooks only 1 week to verify all the details for Voter ID card but two months for its delivery.

Some BLO employees of Badli are worthy of praise, who do not go for verification and submit their report, by making some excuse that no one was found at the address or did not show the paper. Or if it is spoken in clear words, give bribe, then work will be done soon. My Identity Card is a request to the high level officers of the office that strict action should be taken against such sloppy employees.
