Always have new launch products are available , that a good thing but No old and even 1 year products are not available.

I visited to just have get a query resolved, though it was related to the Samsung online store.The staff was so helpful and understanding, provided sufficient information.Even he guided me to go select the right device matching my requirements.

Very food service here, not too much crowded, sells man are very friendly and supportive in nature ..

Samsung, wake up.. you have no products left in your kitty.Look at the Apple store next door.. they have far better products with awesome after sales.

They only wants to sell products. And dont want to solve the problem. They Try to teach that product is fine and you dont know how to use.We have problem of mic. They dont solve and told to use earphones Mic to solve noise distortion.

Nice. But a little disappointed as they didnt have all the model of smartwatches.

Good ambience, great staff support... the staff was well aware about the products and the samsung care (for which I visited the store)... great experience...Giving one less star, as they dont have variety of payment modes except paytm for samsung care plan (basically samsung insurance for devices)... While they have all the payment modes for smartphones, tablets, accessories, etc.So, if youre heading for samsung care plan dont forget to take paytm Wallet balance/Paytm UPI as a paymemt mode..Hit like, if you found it useful.

Worst Samsung Store I have ever visited so far, their staff is highly Unprofessional especially Mohit , they give false schemes and information over the phone and when you visit their store, they completely deny with a straight face. Better Avoid and look for some other Samsung store.
