Pathetic experience. If youre looking for timely service then totally skip their service. Waited for 5 long hours before the pickup agent refused to come to doorstep and called me outside a market. Then too behaved most unprofessionally and did not have a booking coupon.

Very poor service. Booked a consingment on 19.6.19 for kolkata from this office. it was 3.50kg but charged me for 5 kg. It was surely to be delivered on 22.6.19. but not delivered till 24.6.19 1500hrs. Didnt provide any number of delivery office. If want urgent delivery never book from here.

Worst experience. Delivery man misbehaves and is hostile towards their duty.
