Situated at 1st floor of V3S mall. But customer service is not good also transaction time is too high. No one was avilable for assistance. Otherwise nice & good collection, budget friendly.

This max store has all the latest collection. the store is not always clean and the staff are a bit lazy. the clothes are always thrown here and there. there are plenty of trial rooms here but always occupied because this is a very popular mall of this area.overall a good store to do budget shopping

Very bad experience. Not happy at all. They are not giving items on discounted tags. Saying they forget to remove the tag. They removed the discounted tag very tactfully. Not recommended this shop for shopping. They returned cash back after taking Long time wait.

Worst experience at max, laxminagar branch.Complaint against Rahul kumar, DM And cashier 1073206.On 1.10.19, I purchased items of Rs 2814. In which one item was baby romper. While purchasing, a tshirt was included with romper(set) in all the displaying rompers. And no price tag was with the tshirt in all the displaying samples. Then also, I assured myself and asked a staff man that is this a set or not. He checked 2 to 4 samples and told me that yes it is a set. When I went home and checked my belongings. I found out that no tshirt was there.And yesterday when I came and talked to the staff and DM they harshly and veryTalked to me. And did not agree at this point that yes we had mistaken in telling you about our product and in billing also. If that was not a set, they(billing counter person) should include that tshirt in bill and not remove them secretly hiding from me.And yes, when I told that DM that there should be a complaint register at your store. And when I went to counter to write down a complaint. The staff persons wasted my half hour and could not find the register then also. Totally waste of time.
