Very unprofessional, total disappointment andComplete wastage of money.Unethical behaviourAlso the size they mention are completely different from the final product one.Always order one size above original size.And only after complete payment they deliver the product and if you have problems they dont really care to solve.

Very Very Bad Service I got from Champu. First time they dispatch Wrong size T Shirt , and after long follow up of 1.5 Month they send same T-Shirts. We want Some L size and some XL Size T Shirt and they send S size, No sales Member received call and also no response on email. Very very slow response, They just play with the customers. when they receive any call give some reason every time.. So I suggest nobody use champu services. one STAR also not suitable for this kind of service.

There cannot be a more ridiculous service. Such pathetic customer service. We ordered t-shirts with expected delivery of a weeks time, they vanished after 2 days not picking calls or giving any information. The T-shirts arrived 2 days later when our event was over and with typo errors in our logo and even two shirt colors were different, look at the images. I would never advise anyone to go for these cheap unethical cheat of a company. Absolutely ridiculous service and behavior.

Approached these guys twice. First time for an order of 50 T-shirts and Second time for just two (wanted for myself). The most delightful thing was that I got treated with same attention and attitude, a friendly and honest one. What I experienced is that they stand for their product and deliver what they promise.

I wish I could give positive reviews, but I don’t think there are any. They dont pay their interns after promising so in the offer letter and have the worst possible team management skills ever! Absolutely NOT recommended

If you are looking for printed tees it a place where you can get it at reasonable price and you can select the quality of print and cloth according to your need and if you going for a group tees they actually offers you a great discount and dont forget to negotiate

Never order anything from Champu.in! They are fraud, they are money minded, after doing payment. They do not reply, they do not deliver products on time. Delivery partner is worst, they charge extra for delivery but never deliver on time. Quality of clothes are not satisfactory.

We had placed an order on 14th Dec for 19 Tee shirts . The sizes requested are as follows.Men- Medium - 7 pieces , L- 2 , XXL- 1. Women Small - 8 pieces,Medium-1. We have received on 21st Dec the following4 Extra Small sizes , Small - 12 pieces Medium - 2 pieces , Large - 1 PieceNo size Labels on most of the tee shirts.The people who work for the firm have absolute zero accountability for their actions. We have sent 4 videos of the measurements taken to show the difference in the sizes . Till now I have no response, Money was paid in advance and unfortunately we have no tee shirts for our planned trip to Goa.Potential customers reading this, please stick to vista print.They have responsible customer service culture and excellent quality.Investors beware.

FRAUDS!We gave advance payment 50% in Jan for embroidered logo hoodies.After multiple follow ups - No show.Kishlay, the customer care executive keeps dodging phone calls and doesnt reply. Then he does fake promises of trying to solve the problem but stalls for weeks.Till date I havent received the correct order or refund of my payment.I even have a mail chain for proof of their misbehaving and no responses.
