A government bank with traditional things. They are still not much used too with new technologies of banking.
Dont know how to deal with customer.They dont even understand what the customer is trying to convey.They are much impudent,arrogant and have no Knowledge of Customer dealing which used to be there in the previous staff.
Very bad services online as well as personalineffective staff and very slow in workingThe worst bank i ever seen
