I ordered cake from Cake point on which Happy birthday was written with marker . I dont understand why they thought that their customers will consume ink. Also The spelling of Burger on cake was wrong. And after messaging them on WhatsApp they were not replying. Really disappointing.

Purchased cake on 7 th June. It was a pineapple cake with rose flowers on it. Sent it to my daughter on completion of 6 months of marriage of her but felt too humiliated because of this cake.When they cut the cake the flowers were not part of cake but an artificial hair jooda with net.Cake too was stale and giving very bad smell.I purchased that cake at very high price but quality was so poor.There is no scope for zero or negative rating otherwise I would have given them rating in minus.Beware of such fraudsters.

Very Expensive. Their cakes are good but not worth that expensive. I used to buy lot of stuff from them but it was a shock for me when I bought the same design of cake from other shop at less than half price & also with proper bill etc. Cake point had never ever given me a bill for my any purchase in last 10 years.

Cake point offers a wide range of tasty snacks and yummiest cakes. The only and a very major negative point is that they do not have any rate list. So what the bill comes out for ur order will always be a surprise. They often keep increasing their prices.I recently had ordered a cake for a friend which costed 2500. Since the cake was appreciated so much, within a month another friend requested the exact cake for her birthday too. When I ordered the same cake again they charged me 3000. Since I had promised my friend I had to order it. But it is really upsetting to see this kind of unprofessional behaviour. They cant be charging anything at their will. I strongly recommend they look into the matter with concern a d start giving proper bill to customers for the same as normally they just hand over a total bill on q rough paper .

ALL EGGLESS, ordered cake and patties from Cake point, cakes are fresh, reasonably priced, well packaged and presented, with great menu options for parties too, staff is really prompt and knowledgeable, if you order in morning to be delivered at 7pm in evening they will remember it and make it happen for you, try their pineapple cake with big chunks of canned pineapple in cake you will love it.... few small issues::1. parking is possible but limited2. besides cakes bakery items are limited, you wont find unique baked items like in other bakeries3. prices are non cake products are a bit on the higher side

Their USP is customised cake. The taste is good but customer should be ready to pay price equivalent to 5 star hotel’s bakery. Their customised cakes normally start from 1500₹ per kg to 3000₹ kg.

They are the best cake shop in the whole wide world. I look forward to birthdays in my family to order cakes from here. Their chocolate chip cake is a must try. There are zillion cake shops out there who can make fancy looking cake for you but no one can match to the taste of this one! Uff... Im obesesed. I can continue writing and would exceed the word limit and still wouldnt stop raving about it !!! One request : You need to keep a nominal delivery charge and rest all is great. Loads of love. Last time i went to biratnagar and went to this cake shop by chance. It was so good i forgot to take the pictures at that time. Will definitely visit the shop next time when i will be there.

If u can see the picture of the cake you will understand . The icing and the way 50th is written is pathetic . When I called them to say this they argued that I ordered an ordinary cake . So I think that they cater to customers who only order designer cakes . Horrible cake . Avoid please.

I brought a veg burger Punjabi tadka burger from here last week. They packed it in a cute little cardboard box. As I opened it the burger was wrapped in plastic and there was a sticker at the top about details of the outlet. The packaging was good but the taste was pretty average. I liked the patty only and it was just a regular burger which one can easily get for ₹20-₹30 rupees. The size of the bun could be big for the next time. The staff was warm and welcoming. They packed it nicely along with a disposable plate, ketchups and tissues too.

They make tasty cake no doubt but little bbit expensive too. They are very rigid too I bought 3 kg cake 🎂 for my 5kid they gave me nude white cake .

I ordered a 5kg cake for my sons birthday in advance and even after advance booking the cake was so dry and not at all soft and creamy also the flavours of the cake was not which i ordered. Highly disappointed and would not recommend this place at all.

I ordered cake for my sons 1st birthday and also mentioned extra choko chips in cake. So I really sugessted you, do confirm before delivery otherwise your taste for any specific thing was eleminated. My experience was not so good. I also have receipt in which they mentioned extra choko chips but there is not a Singal choko chip.. hahaha. I never expected such type of mistakes from this brand and shop in prime location.
