You have no options but to accept because you have guests waiting.The cream of the cake was so bad that everyones hand turned blue and colour didnt go off even after hand wash just like you have on holi. Guess the food color is of really cheap quality.

Please dont order from them on your special occasions Because they dont know the value of that occasion for customers.I ordered two kg cake for my daughter first bday. The quality of cake was very bad. The base is very hard to eat. Not at all soft. Dont take risk by ordering from them otherwise you have to pay heavy price like me. I felt embarassed in front of my relatives only because of their poor quality of cake.

Worst experience I ever had......Main owner doesn’t even know how to speak to the customers....He was so rude with us..... I purchased a bread from him just a week ago at rs. 40/- rs. & today he gave me the same bread of 46/- rs. As a customer, I have all the rights to ask him that I bought the same thing 6 rs. Cheaper last week then why he is giving me at higher price. He was so rude & misbehaved with us & said - If you wanna buy it buy or if u Dnt, you can keep it back & that’s the door.......Looking at his age..... I kept myself mum & simply said how rude it was & I left from that place.Success has gone on his head & you Dnt have any right to speak to any of the customers like this......Worst Experionce 👎👎👎👎👎
