Amazing place here in north Delhi area if you wish to buy a new Maruti Suzuki car. My first impression is quite good and amazing with the services that they offered. The showroom premises is quite neat and clean. When I entered the showroom I was welcomed with a smile. The sales persons and staff are quite knowledgeable. This showroom is also a true value shop where you can exchange your old vehicals and can get a good deal. If you wish to buy a new car from here, you can do negotiations and would get a best deal. If you come here for servicing your car, you can wait in waiting area. Waiting area is quite amazing and awesome. They have huge facilities and very well managed.

Worst dealer of Maruti Suzuki, a sales executive named Mr. Gaurav(Garry) is the worst person. Their sales executive doesnt have manners about how to talk to customers. Worst showroom experience in saya automobiles. Maruti Suzuki should cancel their dealership, they are defaming the parent company & immediately terminate Mr. Gaurav from this dealership, so that they can prove their image and sales both.

The main showroom is very neat clean, well lit with proper sitting space and lounge area available. On the first floor us the basis service and repair. When i entered the showroom for an enquiry i was greeted with a smile and enquired about my requirements. I was satisfied with my queries as the sales staff was knowledgeable. This showroom is also a true value shop which means they can buy and exchange the old vehicle and can give good deal. If you are planning to buy a brand new Maruti car and want to buy from here, do negotiate well and check for the best offers. Both pre sale and post sale be in touch with the sales person and it is always good to keep his number for any future queries. Worst service centre. Before servicing my car performance was good but now it stopped while driving. I show my family mechanic he said worst condition. No proper clean of engine, there is no coolent in car. Engine oil leaking problem after service. No proper wash. I complained against them.Dont come to this centre.Save your money

They have not only change the Name, the have changed their service as well. It was worst service experience ever. Lack of coordination in the entire staff. They have took more 3.30 hours for washing and alignment. When my car got washed and I asked them to send my car for Wheel Alignment,But Available advisor said get in touch with your personal Advisor. Shockingly Surprised!!Is it really a big deal for to send car in Alignment bay for an advisor working in workshop.Even car is not properly washed.

I really had a very pathetic experience with this centre. The dealer (ashish gupta) is very unprofessional and i dont how he is Surviving there. Its like look bussy do nothing sort of job he is doing there. When I asked him that i want to speak with your manager, he said we dont have managers we deal ourself for any queries. I have not got the number plate of my car and everytime they say, we have the no plate and we are sending our guy to your location. Then the same story continues on a regular basis.In short, there is no follow and no improvement.

Worst experience, during first सर्विस they left scraches in the car and even not washed it properly, during 2nd सर्विस (which they offered as free for सर्विस recovery) They lost our bath towel about which we specially told them to keep safe, again they offered us free washing as सर्विस recovery and requested not to mention in feedback form by saying that poor people might lost there job... Nd finally we gave our car yesterday to them for cleaning and we observed big scratch on the left side door..... It is really dispointing.... They intentionally do it for harrasing a customer...

Horrible service .. they replaced the rear shocker for no reason and made a bill of Rs. 20000 .. an excess of Rs. 14000 for things that were not needed. Literally scoundrels. I even met their customer care manager Mr. Sanjiv Taneja and he offered a meager discount of Rs.700 which I declined quoting that it is peanuts compared to how much they have looted me.

I bought Swift dezire on July 9th Gallant red color. I would not recommend u to go there coz they will ask you to buy Fastag, number plate cover and Insurance and will tell you that the car will not go out and cant buy with all this however no of them is required. They will share the benefits but at the time of delivery they would change their words. They will offer u National Insurance but to meet their target they will.pitch any Insurance at a lower price and wont even bother to Inform. In their price list price is higher than what they do charge. Match all the amount you pay
