Its a very big hyper store in Rani Bagh Area & is quite good for shopping. Approach to the store is quite congested if driving to the store. They remburse the parking charges if the purchase is made in excess of ₹500.

Best place to buy day to day stuff. Variety of products are available including crockery, clothes, dairy products, vegetables and much more. Many offers are provided in combinations as well. Overall a great experience. They do home delivery also.

We love Reliance Mart. But this one in particular had the most foolish staff. Ask them anything they are clueless. They billed us Rs 60 extra and then made us buy thing equivalent to the amount even when we had all we needed. The billing staff was dumb. We wasted good 30 mins because of their ignorance. So there will be no second time here. Not recommended at all.

I made an online order on jio mart app on 03/09/20. In 05th Sep I received my order but one item is missing in that order.From 05/09/20 to 11/09/20 I made 5 times complaint and every time I got a new complaint number only but still not get a missing item delievery or refund of that particular item and more important every second day complaint automatically closed by their support team without any resolution.Same order is delivered and invoice generated by Rani Bagh store , very 3rd class services provided by support team. I recommend not made any online order from Jio Mart. Always use grofers/big basket/ Amazon for better services or quick response.

This one is a nice hyper market located next to M2K Pitam Pura, Delhi 34. Its located on ground floor and hence the entrance and exit is quite convinient. It has an ample car parking in front. Relience redeems the parking charges on purchase.Its a nice place to buy all monthly groceries, provisions and supplies. Very big floor area and wide veriety of stuff. They offer less price than MRP on most of the things. Highly recomended for shopping.

Dont buy any electronics from jiomart and these stores. I have ordered 9 watt 4 leds out of which 2 defuses on the same day. These leds came 2 year warrenty. Jiomart before ordering says that they will replace the product within 3 months after that company will replace. I am waiting for 1 month and till now this company has not replaced neither refunded my money. Dont trust them they sells surplus products and most of them are cheap and of bad quality.

Staff is not good and their behaviour is very rude and they many times show false information and price tag on the display and when you get bill price seems different, if anyone cant check their bill they make them fool by taking more money.
