It is very neat and clean bakery wherein you can get all the variety of cakes like chocolate cake, pineapple,Oreo cakes etc. They also make photo cake on orders which are very tasty.They also keep pastries,snacks,chocolates,drinks and decoration material for birthdays.This shop is little expensive however,quality and taste both are good.It is located on the main road and 500 mtrs from Uttam Nagar west metro station.

Worst pastry ever I had.Order for pastry(blueberry, Blackforest,red velvet and one more) all pastry are as bad as I can have.....poor taste and trust me dont get it anything from this pastry palace.

Today I ordered a fruit cake nd its worst in taste. The uttam nagar store manager doesnt even know how to talk with customers. Unprofessional people. Pathetic experience. Giving them 1 star is also useless.

Yesterday placed the cheesecake and its quantity less but price is higher. The shopkeeper and employees are not professional to handle the customers.

The cake, i purchased yesterday from uttam nagar was not only stale, but also of too poor quality. I recommend not to purchase anything from pastry palace now as quality is continuously deteriorating.

Yesterday, I purchased the cake from here. The guy wrote the wrong name after telling him proper spelling. I dont know why they hire uneducated people. And the quality of the cake also very poor. I will not recommend anyone to purchase from here.

I had really bad experience with this shop, i felt completely humiliated by them. The sample peace of pastry taste so good but final white forest cake received quality was horrible, ruined my daughters first birthday. For 2 kgs cake they charged Rs. 1700 INR but cake quality was horrible, all my family & friends were left angry and frustrated. Charging too much for poor quality. On top of it they charged me extra Rs. 80 for home delivery which i never received. They forced me to pick the cake from other place plus, staff behaviour is very bad and does not cooperate at what so ever. My feedback for this Shop is walking tough to tough ultimate disgrace. I will suggest everyone do not make mistake of buying anything from them, stay away. Try some other shop because the amount of money they are changing for product & services is not up to the Mark. You can get much better experience at other shops. After going through this review make correct decisions, stay away and stay happy. Please note that I booked the cake 2 days in advance still had bad experience.

I would like to give five stars but I am giving four stars because this shop is expensive. Their rates are high. But when you are looking for freshness you cannot be economical at same time. I suggest you to visit this shop, you will feel amazing also their breads and small pizzas, sandwich are also mouth watering.

Never go to this pastry palace shop. They are completely cheaters . They only speak not listening to others. I order 2 kg cake sugar base and cream layer for my daughters birthday. With all complete instructions we give advance. But at the time of delivery order was completely different. They charged us 2300 for 2 kg (2200 for cake and 100 ) for delivery. For sugar base they give us 6 flower sticks thats it. Completely cheaters. Mr. Akash took my order. And delivered as per his choice. Never recommend to go on this shop.

I ordered pineapple cake but cake was pathetic. I asked them several times that cake looks so unfreshed but they are so confident. It was so embarrassing for me when the bday gal said there is sourness in cake. When i complained they again said cake was freshed and said he will take care in future. If u are providing u this kind of services who will come to u again. Pathetic cake.there was a person name aakash. He is such a idiot, so rigid .Cant recommend anyone. Worst place. For all west delhi residents, dont go to this place.
