My experience with Floweraura was really bad. I had purchased a bouquet of roses to be delivered to me consisting of 50 roses but I received a bunch of dried up, wilted and old roses of really poor appearance. When I reached out to Floweraura I didn’t receive any follow ups and response. Very poor service and quality of flowers. Customer service is also very bad. I had requested them if it they could replace or return them immediately this was followed by no response. The worst is that their contact information provided by them on the site is also not very useful.

There was never a better site for flower delivery before FlowerAura.

Very very pathetic experience. They are not cancelling my orders. I ordered a rakhi and then tried cancelling immediately but they are saying it cant be done. It was hardly an hour and still they are not cancelling and refuding my money. Customer support executive named karishma, gourav, deepak, sunita they all dont reply or listen to customers. Worst experience ever had with any company. I wish i would have order from amazon or flipkart. They are just doing daylight robbery. I dont have words to explain how pathetic my experience was with them. Writing this post so that the people would know that they dont cancel and refund even within an hour. Please beware of their so called policies
