They dont deserve to be in this business. Last year I ordered a gift to be delivered at an office address in Gurgaon. The delivery man confirmed the delivery at a reception but it was actually never delivered because the reception doesnt receive any courier. The delivery man and the Flower Aura never picked up the phone the entire day. I tried around 47 times. I finally got a number of a Flower Aura employee who wasnt willing to help and I literally had to threaten him for the refund which was done 3 days after. Eventually the occasion was completely ruined. Ready for such an experience? Go ahead.

I ordered a half kg cake for rs.650. In the cake delivered half of the cake was cream.. only one small layer of bread in the end.. the cake was smaller also compared to other cakes. I shared all photos with them and instead of giving me a proper cake they wanted to give me a 150rs refund which I refused.Never buy from this site. Horrible services.

This is my feedback after a bad experience of ordering a live plant. Floweraura has shown professionalism and got back with me upon my bad review and did what they can to remedy the situation. I appreciate that. As a replacement I got a peace Lily, which isnt my first choice but the options were limited. Refer to the pics uploaded here to understand better what happened.

What a terrible website. They will eat your money. Firstly, they will deny an order has been placed. Then they will send stale flowers and say the order has been completed. In my case, these guys did not even attempt any delivery and it has been two days since Ive been asking for a refund. They are not willing to accept their fault. Worst customer experience ever.

Very unprofessional service. I ordered a cake from Dubai for my brothers birthday. I paid extra 350/- midnight charges as welll.The cake was delivered, but WITHOUT THE MESSAGE THAT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE ON THE CAKE !.. It was a simple message - Happy Birthday [common Indian name]. Also, there was no card like other cake/gift delivery companies give. The delivery man said he FORGOT THE CARD !These FLOWERAURO people spoiled my surprise. On complaining, a person named Vipul sent me a message that they dont put the name because the vendors mess up the spelling. Thats a very stupid thing to say. All you have to do is use the EXACT MESSAGE that people put on your website.I wonder if they are running their business from a garage. Please dont trust them and go for tried and tested brands only.
