EXCELLENT !You will find n no.s of variety in all the products related to bakery. They have all the bakery items which you need in your kitchen or bakery.Rates are reasonable.Staff behavior is superb.Quality is good.There website have all the updates about their products with prices.

It is a good place if you wanna buy chocolate raw Material. But its a very conjusted place, in the Rani Bagh Market. You have to be very patient.The plus point is, the place delivers as well.So, you go ahead and shop and itll be worth it when the delicious chocolates comes out of your microwave/oven.

Place is good, got products what I needed and were in stock, but person took long time to find and bill the items.

Today I was in urgent need of chocolate compound, so tried to call them and ask if I could come and get the quantity I needed. But its really sad that even after calling more than 15 times to their both the mobile number and the landline number, they didnt pick up the phone. Neither bothered to call back. Last time when I visited the shop even at that time also, they were busy entertaining one of their regular customer and I had to wait for almost 30 minutes also they were very rude. Pathetic customer service.

Worst experience ever, been their to purchase cake and packaging material, staff is real rude, not ready to listen your requirement, not ready to show you variety, impolite behaviour, all items are on mrp, no card, paytm, online payment mode accepted. If you ask few additional things, staff may shout on you as you begging in front of them. The only good thing is you can get most of the thing material here which itself get challenging by their behavior.

They take the payment and dont deliver the product.and dont even reply on the mails ..kimdly think thrice before ordering the product.

You can find variety of chocolate cake and soap making material. Even the classes held by the owner are good.

3rd Class Service and Management. Travelled 30kms to buy products and spend 1hr searching a shop and tried calling owner many times. Picked up Phone after 1hr and said we are very busy. When found a shop after one hour, the store lady said entry to the shop is not allowed. Big Idiots...

Good for wholesale purchase of raw material. But shop is too tiny and congested.

The arrangements made in the time of covid are not good. The person has to wait for at least 1 hour before going upstairs, then half an hour more to get your chance to buy.Not worth the wait
