Worst unprofessional I have seen in my whole life. I have booked a doll cake for my daughters birthday on 6.5.2018 even after repeatedly saying that pls dont compromise on cake quality they just bumped it. It was a three layer cake have to stand on 3 levels with rods but at the time I opened the cake in the party there are only 2 rods instead of 4. How one should suppose to stand a 3 level cake on 2 rods. There were some 150 guests in the functions and three of us just hold the cake for cake cutting ceremony. Cant be more embarrassed then that. They just ruined it plus my mistake I have paid them in full before opening of the cake. One thing for sure, they can never get success by behaving like this showing this much unprofessionalism and cheap tricks to loot the money.
