Most of my products arrived without any issues but the chocolates I ordered never arrived and were later cancelled. Even after that I have tried asking about my refund but haven’t received a proper response. I’m still waiting on my refund and it’s been a week.Otherwise a good site, but they should give good replies. I keep trying to get into contact with them but don’t seem to be getting any further than that.

Ordered 1kg Callebaut 811 couverture on bakerykart platform for Rs. 1300. It came from seller deltanutritive through dtdc. Stock was brand new, but they did not include any ice pack. So 40% of the callets melted and stuck to each other to form a lump. 811 is so cocoa-butter heavy that it only takes ambient temp above 28degC to melt. So it will melt even in December during daytime. The chocolate, although meant for cooking can be eaten raw like any 55% semisweet dark chocolate. Its smoothness, fattiness and flavour gives Lindt surfin/dark toblerone/medium dark ghiradelli chocolates run for the money. It is much better than hersheys medium dark, bournville or amul dark chocolate. Even if you are not a baker, but a dark chocolate lover, go for it!Update: Bought Callebaut 823 Milk couverture and got it delivered to Midnapore, WB in 2 days! This time all the callets were unharmed. However, 823 is not better than Lindt extra creamy/lindor milk chocolates. The european (cow based) milk powder flavour is there, but extra creamy/lindor have much better malty/caramel flavour respectively that give them complexity. 823 is also much sweeter than lindt milk chocolates. 823 tastes somewhat similar to Godiva g-cube, but falls short of it slightly.

The quality of products received are worst. Dont go by the display pics on their website and get fooled as they have worst customer service support when it comes to return products. The price they are charging and the quality of the products are no match.Better try out some other sites/vendors and don’t waster tour money here!!!

There is no point getting anything from here, expired goods, low quality, Amit is the worst person to work with no commitment he is not clear on what he want fake promises, goods will never reach on time, my advice to please check temperature before you take it.My advise will be never buy anything from here is just a waste of money and time.Worst service ever.
