Max has good variety of basic/general sized clothes, shoes and fashion range for all age groups. Sells most basic sizes in men n women, dont expect plus sizes here. Quality of material sold is average to good. Support staff is quite less in number but shopping experience was good. We shopped at Pacific mall, subhash nagar.

Today i went to max pacific mall,rajouri garden, delhi.and theres flying machine outlet within max cloths store.There, flying machine seller looted me.he sold me a shirt in rs 1999,whose MRP was also rs1999.same shirt i found online for rs1000 having 50% discount.ohh God.what a fool i was.so i suggest u all dont buy any thing from flying machine store there.im sure Max fashion also involved in this loot.Kindly be aware.

I have personal liking for Max, especially when shopping for my toddler. It has never disappointed me & neither did this unit at Pacific Mall.

I went for shooping for purching suit for my sister and i asked one of the staff his name Rakesh he ignored me and he was busy with other female staff just like COUPLE.Very bad experienceStaff was not responsiableRecommed to all please chose other store.

I bought something from there which was not of good quality... When I wanted to change it the staff member (Dinesh) sitting on billing counterasked many options not to change it..as I am show them the drawbacks though.His dealings with the customer were very bad...They took two whole days to change my product..they deny their exchange policy and annoy the customers.....

Very uncooperative staff no one is there to help . When i ask someone a question he goes to find someone else and then no one got back to help . Even in cash counter they refused to help and talked rudely. They didn’t listen to the quarries. I use to shop in other max stores but in this one i had very bad experience. They also denied on exchange policies so you can’t get something to gift someone.

It is a good shopping stop for mainly middle class people as there are fine quality clothes at affordable prices for almost all groups.This Max store is a smaller one as compared to the other stores. They dont have much of collection or variety to offer.
