TVS Motor Workshop, well I have mixed experience here. I will not say that this workshop is bad or useless because in other respects this workshop is better than other TVS workshops in Delhi. I can say this without any support that the motor mechanic here is experienced and skilled. All facilities are available here to take care of your bike. But the maintenance and atmosphere here do not give a good image. The lack of cleanliness is clearly visible. To say that there is also a waiting area for the customers, but only after going to the waiting area, it is known that it is nothing but just an empty room. There are nothing very basic facilities here for the customer. Sometimes the newspaper appears. The TVS company should pay as much attention to the condition of their service centers as they give to their showrooms.

Workforce management is needed. The ambience needs a rewamp.Dry washing takes much time. The sales counter for parts is not Efficient

Complete fraud…Never come here for bike or Scooty service specially paid AMC-if any spare parts need to be changed, they will charge you for spare parts(that is ok) but to change it also they will charge you which is absolutely ridiculous.-they will give you 2 oils to add in fuel and mix in engine oil their prices are high as those products are not approved by TVS, you are not going to get valid bill for it also.-Again, see you buy Paid maintenance but even if they put oil on break or any other joints they will charge you ₹85 …seriously you are going to feel like cheated.-Washing: we’ll they don’t do it as they have no license…they will promise for dry wash and when you complain they will say that is maximum we can do as they told you there going to be dry wash.More importantly, they don’t even clean filter and carbetor during service. We know why we go for our two wheeler service ? When you are on the way to somewhere our bike/Scooty should not trouble you so we take bike servicing.When I went back to them and asked them why filter and carborater were not cleaned during service? They said only after complaint they clean it.So guys if you really care about your money and Rashtey m kahi aapki bike/Scooty dhokha na de ayesha aap chahte ho to don’t go for any services.Isse achha wo road k side wale jo bike mechanics hote hai. At least jo wo kaam kerte hai wo aap dekh sakte ho. TVS Service centre staff won’t allow you to be around while they work.

They dont work properly

No spare parts available..... Not even simplest parts like orvm are available there.... Poorest workshop of tvs in delhi area.... Everytime ive to visit Jahangirpuri for parts..... Jahangirpuri workshop is better and suggested by me.....every part available there everytime

Every time the have a new story to tell. Poor support system even the manager is of same type as the team is. Low profile staff hired who even don’t know to talk to a customer

Been a proud owner of TVS Apache from last 6 years and preety happy with my apache but whenever its came to service I lost my faith in TVS. Like everything about my TVS Apache speed, performance, build Quality and comfort everything is great just whenever it came to service of my bike its feel like a nightmare. TVS must improve their service or I dont know its just this service center but its getting worst and worst day by day I dont know how they still hold on this service center I have been always giving feedback on my bike services but still they are not improving it. And now finally I decided to give up on TVS service center.Its not only staff but the owner of the service center didnt even know how to handle customer and take feedbacks and improvise.So next time if you guys planning to buy TVS please keep in mind the hustle is real in TVS service center.When I was planning to buy my TVS Apache I read many reviews about TVS services and I thought maybe its just some customers. But after owning one for myself now I realised and also giving advice to everyone if you buy a TVS dont expect a service that your vehicle deserve from authorised service centre because TVS was not able to give you that.If in future ill buy any TVS again Im definitely not going to this service center.

Very slow workers. Not even good in talking. It took them 1hr 15min to make the job card for my scootys first service and it would take 2 days to service it. Extremely disappointed. Horror experience. Never had that kind of experience with any service workshop.

I had done First service of my Apache 160 4V, on Sunday 10 June 2018, Today I noticed that they had broken my battery Side cover and all Acid of battery have falling on engine... Now what shall i do shall i do complaint in Consumer Court. Other Wise I want to replace my broken piece by new one

They are the worse. They have put wrong parts, they also try to cheat the customers whenever they can.
