Not a good experience. Bought Samsung oven and had dent at the back. Sales guy arranged another oven and that too had a dent at the back on the black body. How many times am I supposed to return? Dents on new seal packed ovens? Not sure if this is company sending these dented products or showroom people who are specifically selling these minor defect products. Didnt have the time to keep on exchanging ovens, so I accepted the second one with a minor dent. We buy new products to be fully satisfied with a properly finished product. This is not at all acceptable to see dents in brand new packed products . Prices at Hariom are very low so it was a good buy.
