This is to inform that i was given the possession of flat with keys in July 2018.Later, in September i was charged three month extra maintenance (for June - Aug 2018) via cheque and No dues certificate was issued by Pardesi group in September 2018 ,till that date. This means all maintenance dues were settled in September 2018 itself and the builder confirmed the same as well by issuing the No dues.My flat is also in rent since September , where the maintenance is being paid by the tenant and I am liable to receive Rs 10000 net per month.Now, Builder maintenance Team is calling me and asking for three months extra maintenance .Pardesi group had issued me a No dues certificate so how can they demand this extra money. This means the builder is disregarding their own No dues document.How can you ask for this maintenance after 1 year for April to June 2018??This is unethical and against laws. Please look into this matter on urgent basis and provide some resolution as this unreasonable maintenance demand as these guys themselves cant justify this cost.Please dont let these maintenance agencies cheat your valuable customers.Hoping for a fair resolution in favour of customer.Still no communication from the organisation.
