Its a close knit Community of mostly Bangali familes, everyone knows everyone else. Durga puja and other Hindu festivals are celebrated as a community with outsiders joining in.Downside, is that I didnt like the interior layout and construction finishing.

Security system is nice but still need few upgrade

Weird situation with lifts. Totally unacceptable for anyone who has trouble using stairs. Also may God help you if you have heavy luggage.

A bit Rusty construction but the rooms are spacious and the community ambience is good.Space dedicated to sports and buildings are at the center with a good green cover all around.Security is fine and the entrance is possible from road no 202 only.Dont go to tiny tulips school Lane for entry!!

Outside front gate, fresh fish, prawns, are sold from 8.00 AM to 12.00 PM

Living here for past 19 years.Society is good, maintenance is very good.Only drawback is that stairs must be used to get into the lift.

I have been living here for a little more than a decade, and its been really fulfiling experience, as far as what one looks forward to calling a place Home. Socially enriching, optimally managed, luxuriously spread out, relatively open-minded and educated residents, it is predominantly a Bengali setup.It is also known by the name, EPDP, which stands for East Bengal Displaced People. That should provide an insight into its background.Moverover, I am a Non Bengali, and honestly I have never felt an outsider here. People have been very welcoming and accomodative. Some of them in fact walk the extra mile to make you feel at home. Some on the other hand always play the spoilsport, but thankfully very few. In general it will present a very balanced, typically middle-class living experience.The management team, the security guards, the maintenance staff, all of them need special mention here. They are absolutely brilliant, very efficient, and always helping...Best I have seen and heard of so far.....

The society seems well organised.Had gone there to look out for a flat to rent, was well treated and directed to the proper person to contact, rather than being rudely turned down/ run around(which is usually the case)However things didnt work out in the end.
