Very poor Service in respect of Claims on maturity of Policy. The lower subordinate Officers have no any updated knowledge how to deal a Policy Holders and what documents are sufficient to credit his or her account on maturity of policy. The customers are being harrassed mentally by informing that the documents submitted for maturity claims are invalid.This is 21st Century. As per the IT Act and guidelines and as per the Bank Policy, no Bank Officer is required to put their signatures on computer generated bank statement. All the computer generated accounts statements are valid (this is computer generated statement hence does not required any signatures) but in my case, this is invalid.Wahi Baba Adam ke Dharre Par Chalkar kaam kar rahe hain...ki agar cheque likha h to cheque ge chahiye na ki bank statement.The hint is enough to buy a policy from this branch or not.
