I wish i could be given it even less than 1, because the speed of this bank crew regarding their work is too too much slow .which is too bad.

Staff behavior is not professional. Management is also not good.

I wish I could given even less than this. Employees dont want to work here. They guided the guard to not to send customers so that they can sit without any work in the name of covid. I and mu husband wanted to go in loan department, the guard asked us to stand in line of more than 50 people who were there to withdraw money. Somehow after a lot of struggle when we reach to loan department there were employees sitting ideal with only one customer. I have video proofs for all this. On requesting the clerks there to guide the guard they also start arguing. Worst bank and even more worst branch with pathetic employees.
