I went The Cake Cafe to buy a cake for my colleague’s birthday. All the items were looking fresh and tempting. The service was super fast and staff behavior was very professional.The best thing about The Cake Cafe is the variety of options they have. A large number if options were available.Also, the interior and ambience of the cafe was cool.

Poor quality of service and they guys don’t how to talk to a customer and secondly their behaviour with zomato valet was also not good .

I went there in last two months back on 24th Jan, 2021....there was certain glitches in terms of accepting order .. afterwards to cater it well...it was like I was struggled for my cake.But still the quality, and well understood nature of shopkeeper ....took me back there on 6th march,2021.It was really worth and really wether its in terms of money, hospitality, quality, quantity as well as packaging and most importantly freshness is there.Thankyou #Mr. Chanakaya arora, who was so courteous enough to sort my struggle last time and even this time also very prompt and attentive in my query.I think in terms of listening, either to them or to their chef has still problem....coz this time also same thing happened ...I asked 1kg pineapple cake and still it came after having a good wait of 20 min. Half kg pineapple cake....and then when I said no, then they made it change.

Ive ordered this fruit cake🍰! By THE CAKE CAFE . They provides us the best quality cakes as compared to the nearby bakeries! It was decorated beautifully with fruits and combination of cake with chocolate and fruits was very tasty!!

Guys don’t trust them they are running fraud house. I ordered one order from swiggy and a guy ask for card details that 20 rupees will deduct from card to generate the bill. I was in hurry so didn’t care but I notice he is raising 39000 rupees transactions from my card. So please be be careful while you deal with them.

Fake alert: they are online scammer they ask for debit card details or Google pay to loot your money. Dont pay advance to this shop they are running fake shop to become Jamtara gang. Also note the same shop and same images are posted on Google with different locations of Delhi.

Ordered pinata cake for anniversary on 13/2/21..... The entire cake was stuffed with gems and poor quality chocolates....the color used for outer layer was very inferior in quality .......Overall zero value for money.....i would advice all to think thrice before placing order to this cafe .

This bakery took payment for rainbow cake and delivered a plain vanilla cake with colourful sprinkles. This is cheating the customers and I want everyone to be aware of such cheats.

They are FRAUD. This restaurant is on zomato GOLD, I ordered a pineapple cale of 500g and a black forest of 500g, and by just looking at it i realised that it can’t be a half kg cake and i was right because it weigh 395g with that carton base so approximately the cake weigh 340-350g. When i called them they were rude and they said next time we will compensate you. This can be really embarrassing if you order caked for a party and it turns out that it is less then what u ordered and what u paid for.

The cake must be fresh, good quality and attractive but I received a dull cake not fresh & good quality & not even tasty inspite of giving the instructions for the order of the cake . It is not even decorated and was simple & cost me of RS 450 which I think I have wasted and the services are not worth . The cake was also delivered to me in more than one hour .Poor Service
