Best vegetarian restaurant in dwarka.
Food served here is tasty and the quality is good. One of the best restaurant for south indian cuisine. Not the most speedy restaurant, servicing is slow. Crowded some times so its better to make a reservation an hour in advance.
Best South Indian restaurant in Dwarka. Good ambience, reasonable cost. Cons- Service is bit slow and crowded in peak hours specially weekends.
Good and budgeted vegetarian food (south indian and north indian). Decent ambience. Good for families
Ordered twice from this restaurant. First i ordered uttapam with buttermilk. they just deliver it with coconut chutney, no sambhar no buttermilk just uttapam with fresca. I thought may be they messed up the order. Second time i ordered from swiggy the vada sambhar,to my surprise they deliver this time without any chutney just sambhar that too was of a very less quantity and was leaking as it was not sealed properly and the whole package was a mess. I assume the staff and the management both are not taking care of what they offer and what they deliver. Inspite of decent quality of food there customer service, order service and delivery ethics failed to make a mark. If the management and staff is listening please improve your service.
Super Slow service. Cooks are doing brilliant job. Other staff is pathetic.
This used to be our favourite South Indian restaurant when it was in sec 11 market.. but since the day, it has shifted to sec 10, the service and quality has drastically gone down.. not sure if the management has changed or the chefs.. no more shubham valley now..
I used to enjoy Shubham valley Restaurant in Dwarka Sector 10 very much till the time I sat in front of their kitchen. A quite heavy chef was using a broom ( i understand it must have been a different broom altogether) to wipe out the Dosa Tawa to cool it down. It was quite an unclean feeling. I had never seen this anywhere before. I just feared that my guests do not see it. So if you can sit far from the kitchen you can enjoy their rasam and papad, coffee, dosa and uttappam as I had always done. The staff is quite cooperating and helpful. The manager even once helped me enjoy the coffee the South Indian way using the glass and the katori. I really liked this place. If only they could find a better and pleasant way to cool down the tawa. I am sure many customers must have been missing this place as I do.
Nice food good service.
Service here used to be great but now its pathetic. The staff here dont care about the customer. The coordination between the staff is so messed up. I was left waiting for my order for more than 45 min. I would not recommend it to anyone. Spoiled my whole evening.
Awesome food and competitive pricing. They claim to be south Indian restaurant but even north Indian food is really good to taste.
Best to dine out wit family...!!!Quality at its best ...!!!Tq fa d wonderful service
Thank god for this one and only good South Indian joint in Dwarka area. Their service needs a little upgrade but the food aint bad.
The food is generally decent , though lacks originality. Service is prompt and efficient. Rates are reasonable though.
Extremely poor service. Food quality was pathetic. A bad experience. Strict no for good food lovers
Poor hygiene , Slow service & Pathetic food. This restaurant used to be one of the best places to visit for vegetarian food. Now, they have got it all wrong. Service is horribly slow and the staff seems as lost as cows in a grassland. There is no-cordination amongst the staff at any level.Food orders take a minimum of 45 minutes and that too for simple south indian food orders like a dosa or idli. Forget timing the north indian food service as you would be stuck here for another 30 minutes. All requests fall to deaf ears and its only when guests start shouting in frustration that the staff begins to put the table on a priority list.Sad !I saw multiple diners exit the restaurant ,after having waited on the dinner table for almost half an hour, to be served. The hygiene is a major sore point, with plastic plates showing oil stains smeared across. The cutlery is metal, but with similar degrees of poor cleanliness. The approach to the restaurant is nothing to talk about either. Its on the 3rd floor of a dilapidated building ,tucked away from civilization. The staircase is impossible to use, because it stinks of ammonia (use your imagination). Thus, you are left with no option but to use the elevator. This so called elevator, can only accommodate 2 people. If four of you go in, then there isnt enough room to twist, forget turning.I remember taking the elevator at Hilton Hotel in Manhattan, which took about 30 seconds to reach my room, on the 45th floor. The elevator timing here is the same, just that this one only climbs up 3 floors. In summary, take the elevator and you will be a fruit packed in a carton, being lifted up a container ship, stuck in a time loop forever. Scary, nauseating and claustrophobic!I used to be a fan of Shubham Valley restaurant until 2012,when it used to serve great food at a decent location and with reasonable hygiene standards. Now -Food isnt much to talk about either, sadly. I am not much of a food critic, but I can easily spot a cold brittle dosa served with a tiny bowl of luke warm sambar. Dont imagine - Let me explain ... The tiny bowl of sambar is the same sized bowl that you use to feed seeds to your pet parrot or cuckoo.Extremely dissatisfied on all parameters.I wouldnt be surprised if these guys get worse reviews in the days to follow.Stay away.
Worst place in Dwarka. Once known for good South Indian now says that their south Indian chef is not there.
Very nice south Indian food. One of the oldest restaurants.
Ram Sagar the restaurant manager was very rude in the hospitality. Mr sudhakar the owner was not at all supporting. When asked to talk to the owner no one replied.Dont go to this place try other restaurants.
Good place with good ambience...taste of the food is normal...nice place to take party and go with family..
Now it is Sighlas Restaurant. But good quality is great.
Very nice amazing never expected before i asked for boneless biryani they served saltless biryani
Excellent restaurant for family ,great service ,must visit restaurant at dwarka
The best food taste in shubham vally rastaurant
Place is good but prices are higher as compare same category of other restaurants...
1. Authentic South Indian food you would relish. Reasonably priced.2. Service is good. Expect slower delivery to your order to waiting and full house almost all evenings in a week, and more so over the weekends.3. Order South Indian platter to try assortment of mini sized idli, vada, dosa, uttapam with sweet dish and rasam served in a glass.
Pure vegetarian restaurant.Food quality is good.Service is slow. Not very crowded.Parking , may find difficulty.
Mind blowing all items r wonderful
Went to have dinner but attendent told us there is waiting time of 20 mins. We waited for 20 mins then asked for the status, attendent said it will take some more time even though we could se couple of tables available. All the tables we could see are for four persons and we were two. Apparently they wanted to give it to party of 4 people and not of 2 so they can maximize the profit. We left without having dinnerVery poor quality of customer service and cheap minded I would sayI
It was my last visit and I will never ever visit to Shubham valley become of the bad behaviour of the attendant. It I always keeps Shubham valley on top while opting for South Indian food, from my last two visit I have not been served wid my specially chutni even asking specifically saying dat its got finished. But today the rude behaviour of the main attender towards my husband compelled me to write about the staff. It was my husbands birthday and I took him specially for having South Indian but . But that attendant ruined our day .
Quality of food is getting dropped day by day..Worst experience ever last time..Dirty food..
Not so good. Ok ok.
Excellent vegetarian food. Very fresh and tasty.
Require lots and lots of improvement in quality and quantity of the food. Ambiance is a setback. Prices and not justifies as per the quality.

Been there after long time and it was opposite than it use to be..food was so pathetic...very bad service...waste of money completely.
Very costly ,spicy & worthless food . I think it is better to eat in Singlas
The quality of Shubham valley has gone down. The rasam was like full of oil as if being served vegetables in a bowl full of oil.
